I had been having a very stressful day and I had high hopes for this evening to help me relax. Just walking into the lovely space that Lesley had set up put me in a better mood. She told us how the process worked and what we could expect. Once we started I was able to release a lot of the tension I was holding onto and take some deep breaths. My company had Awakened Energy by Lesley host a 60-minute sound bath for our International Women's Month/Women's History Month celebrations. Lesley was awesome. When our session was done, we were refreshed and relaxed. We had a couple of people actually fall asleep because they were able to completely relax.
