Hi, I’m Lesley, the practitioner behind Awakened Energy.

I help people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally drained find a sense of calm, balance, and relief through Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive sessions.

With over 25 years of experience in energy work, my approach is gentle, supportive, and focused on helping your body and mind slow down so you can feel more like yourself again.

Many of my clients come to me when they’ve been holding a lot, whether that’s stress, emotional tension, or simply the feeling of being “on” all the time. My goal is to create a space where you can fully relax, reset, and take a break from that.

My sessions may include Reiki, sound elements such as crystal singing bowls, or intuitive guidance depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent many years in education, which shaped the way I guide and support others with patience, care, and a focus on creating a safe and welcoming experience.

Today, I offer sessions in Henderson and the surrounding Las Vegas area, working with clients who are ready to feel more grounded, balanced, and at ease.
