At Awakened Energy by Lesley, I offer holistic healing sessions designed to help you relax, release stress, and restore harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Each session blends intuition, energy work, and gentle vibrational techniques to create a peaceful space for balance and renewal.

With over 25 years of experience as a Reiki Master and Teacher, and certifications in Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, and Tuning Fork Therapy, my goal is to help you feel lighter, calmer, and deeply supported.
